Dr Iain Keith is a Consultant Physician in Acute Medicine working in the Royal Alexander Hospital in Paisley and Scottish Patient Safety Fellow and Health Foundation Q member.

Dr Keith has been the Unscheduled Care Lead for the Royal Alexander Hospital and the Clinical Lead for the deteriorating patient for Greater Glasgow and Clyde.

Dr Keith is currently on the Quality Improvement Committee of the Society of Acute Medicine previously in the Faulty in Quality improvement in the Royal College of Physicians (London). 
  
Dr Keith uses Quality Improvement methodology and data to shed light and not heat to care for patients.
